We train our Group Members by various self-improvement activities, conducting workshops / seminars, Entrepreneurship Programmes etc. Our various income-generation training programmes includes:-
Training provides products made of coconut shell and bamboo, palm leaf products, jute and natural fibre products. 4M runs training centers for our SHG members at various locations at Chennai and Ramnad. The products which includes childrens clothes, bulk order readymade clothes for some Trading House at Chennai. Organising skill training program in Agarbatti making, candle making and manufacture of detergents powder. Provide workshop on Bakery Products and provides sales support those who are interested in selling Bakery Products. Identify and motivate the individual, among our SHG member,s and nominate them for Beautician & Fashion Designing Certificate Course, conducted by Tamil Nadu Corporation for Woman Development. Also we are setting up retail outlet for those who completed the course. We give financial assistance to those who are interested in Driving for learning and arrange loan through Nationalized Bank to own a Car / Auto, which gives regular income, through Government provided fund. Training provides on Leather and Jute products. After completion of their training, 4M provide necessary support by way of financial and sales support. Arranging workshop on Offset Printing and extending marketing support by getting bulk orders those who are taking Offset printing jobs. This is part of Food Processing Training Prgramme. Targets the urban women falling in the age group of productive years which are fruitful for women as after training have started pickle and papad making, sea food and other catering services in their respective vicinity. Provides training like call centre, insurance training, CRM training, accent training, telephone handling etc. |
The staff covered the skill training and its uses if the beneficiaries felt for the need of income to run their family . The staff members took the responsibility to impart the following Skill trainings to the Self Help Groups.

The health topics were covered in the training and also gave the Income generation training to the women SHG members from RSRM shelter home- Rayapuram, thathan kuppam – villivakkam, B.V Colony-Vyasarpady, Bharathi Nagar Villivakkam, MKB Nagar – vyasarpady ,kanagam, sriram colony, kanniyammal kadai lane-adyar, MGR colony – vannandurai, pallikaranai, and adampakkam. Gidi nagiretty thottam ,S.m nagar nandanam CiT nagar, Kodambakkam Power house periyarpatahmbi cholaimedu Thirumangalam, Nesapakkam And Thiyagarayanagr. The training on skill development explained with examples and helped them for making of the products. It is evident that , when we follow up them through discussion we found that , there is a positive attitudinal change among the beneficiaries that they were able to understand the health ailments, life style diseases, preventive care, and immediate attention for personnel health issues and make use of government hospitals and health care programs. The skill development training was very useful for their income generation to support their family. We achieved and succeeded our health training objectives with the philanthropic support of Intersea Maritime Ltd officials.

The identified beneficiaries were given training between 02-09-2024 to 30- 12-2024, on various skills and methodologies.
